The property is positioned in close proximity to Achladies beach and only 15 minutes away from Skiathos town. The property is very secluded boasting its own garden, BBQ facilities, and large parking space.
Surrounded by a pine forest and gardens, Villa Sunny is built to offer an exquisite experience to families with small children and lovers of nature. From wild bird watching to BBQ luncheons, meeting hedgehogs and pheasants, and taking long walks in the forest – family life doesn’t get any more amazing than this. Villa Sunny is built in 2 separate stories featuring breathtaking views of the sea and the lush green forests of Skiathos.
The property is brand new and amenities are extra comfortable featuring a fully equipped kitchen, a large living room with spacious balconies, indoor and outdoor dining areas, and three spacious bedrooms with double beds. The villa can accommodate 7 people in 3 double beds and 1 single stand-alone bed placed in bedroom #1. Additionally, we can place 2 extra folding cots mattress beds inside on 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has an ensuite bathroom and a second bathroom is located on the hallway. Wi-fi is available on all floors.
